AUTHORIZATION FOR TRANSACTIONS. The member acknowledges and agrees that: a. using the PAC to authorize a Transaction constitutes authorization of that Transaction in the same manner as if authorization was given by the member or the Signing Officer in person or as otherwise contemplated or permitted by the Account Agreement; b. the member will be bound by each such Transaction; and c. once the PAC has been used to authorize a Transaction, the Transaction cannot be revoked or countermanded. The member irrevocably authorizes and directs Alterna to debit or credit, as the case may be, the amount of any Transaction to the Account, together with any service charges or fees, authorized using the PAC, the PIW, in person by the member or the Signing Officer, or as otherwise contemplated or permitted by the Account Agreement, in accordance with the normal practices of Alterna, which may be amended from time to time without notice.
