Authority to Withdraw Fees. The Client will pay the specified fees to ATB Financial for the Services. The Client authorizes ATB Financial but ATB Financial is not obligated to debit any Account of the Client for any amounts due and owing by the Client to ATB Financial including any fee or other amount payable or owing under this Agreement or owing in connection with any of the Services and including any amounts that may be owing as a result of termination of this Agreement or any Service Schedule.
