Authority to complete. The Bank irrevocably authorises the Central Bank to complete and serve any demands, notices and certificates as it may in its discretion deem appropriate including, without limitation, notices of assignment in the form set out in Schedule 1 and Schedule 1A (in case the Loan is secured by guarantee).
