Common use of Authority Representative Clause in Contracts

Authority Representative. Whenever under the provisions of this Loan Agreement the approval of the Authority is required or the Authority is required to take some action at the request of the Borrower, such approval shall be made or such action shall be taken by the Authority Representative; and the Borrower and the Trustee shall be authorized to act on any such approval or action.
