Common use of Authority Representative Clause in Contracts

Authority Representative. Whenever under the provisions of this Agreement the approval of the Authority is required or the Authority is required to take some action at the request of the Borrower or the Guarantor, such approval shall be made or such action shall be taken by the Authority Representative and such approval or action shall not be unreasonably denied or delayed; and the Borrower, the Guarantor and the Trustee shall be authorized to act on any such approval or action.
