Common use of AUTHORITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE Clause in Contracts

AUTHORITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE. 8 YMCA and YMCA's signators represent that the signators hold the positions set forth 9 below their signatures and that the signators are authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf 10 of YMCA and to bind YMCA hereto. This Agreement shall be effective on the date on which 11 this Agreement is executed by ANAHEIM (“Effective Date”).
