Common use of Authorised User Clause in Contracts

Authorised User. 8.1 Where you have given us authority to issue an additional Card and PIN for use on your Account by another person, you will be held personally responsible for their use. We will cancel any such Card at any time if you request this in writing, in which case the Card must be destroyed by cutting through the Chip for security reasons, and returned to us by you or the authorised user.
