Common use of Authorised Drivers Clause in Contracts

Authorised Drivers. The Renter is permitted to drive the Vehicle. The Owner may expressly permit additional drivers who meet the eligibility requirements for Renters in section 3 (a) above ("Authorised Drivers"). Authorised Drivers under the age of 25 may be subject to restrictions and an additional fee. Any Authorised Drivers will be documented in the Rental Agreement Summary.
