Authorisations etc. The Borrower shall promptly: a) obtain, comply and do all that is necessary to maintain in full force and effect; and b) supply certified copies to the Agent (if so requested) of, any authorisation, consent, approval, resolution, licence, exemption, filing, notarisation or registration required under any law or regulation of its jurisdiction of incorporation to enable it or the Parent Guarantor to perform their respective obligations under the Finance Documents and to ensure the legality, validity, enforceability or admissibility in evidence in their respective jurisdictions of incorporation of any Finance Document.
