Common use of Authorisation Limits Clause in Contracts

Authorisation Limits. 6.5.1 The Client may inform JDX of an authorisation limit applicable to some or all Contracts either in general or for particular Authorised Users. 6.5.2 Any authorisation limit provided by the Client to JDX may be withdrawn by the Client at any time by giving Notice to JDX. 6.5.3 JDX may, at its own discretion, impose an authorisation limit on the Client and/or one or more Authorised Users at any time, by providing Notice before the imposition of the limit.
