Common use of Authentication of Certificates Clause in Contracts

Authentication of Certificates. (a) On the Issuance Date, the Trustee shall duly execute, authenticate and deliver Certificates of each series in authorized denominations equalling in the aggregate the aggregate principal amount of the Equipment Notes that may be purchased by the Trustee pursuant to the related Note Purchase Agreements, and evidencing the entire ownership of the related Trust. Thereafter, the Trustee shall duly execute, authenticate and deliver the Certificates of such series as herein provided.

Thereafter, the Trustee shall duly execute, authenticate and deliver the Certificates of such series as herein provided.
