Auditor-General and Australian Information Commissioner. The rights of the Commonwealth under clause 25.2(a)(i) to 25.2(a)(iii) apply equally to the Auditor-General or a delegate of the Auditor-General, or the Australian Information Commissioner or a delegate of the Australian Information Commissioner, for the purpose of performing the Auditor-General’s or the Australian Information Commissioner’s statutory functions or powers.
