AUDIT PROGRAM. SFDC shall maintain an audit program to help ensure compliance with the obligations set out in this DPA and shall make available to Customer information to demonstrate compliance with the obligations set out in this DPA, including those obligations required by applicable Data Protection Laws and Regulations, as set forth in this section 6.2.
