Common use of Audit Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Audit Cooperation. Seller hereby agrees to cooperate with Purchaser in producing audited financial statements for the Property, at Purchaser's sole expense, for such periods as ma be reasonably requested by Purchaser. Such cooperation shall include, without limitation, the execution and delivery by Seller to Purchaser's auditors of such confirmations and letter s as such auditors may reasonably require.

Audit Cooperation. Seller hereby agrees to cooperate with Purchaser Buyer in producing audited financial statements for the Property, at Purchaser's sole expense, Property for such periods as ma may be reasonably requested by PurchaserBuyer. Such cooperation shall include, without limitation, the execution and delivery by Seller to PurchaserBuyer's auditors of such confirmations and letter s letters as such auditors may reasonably require. This section does not impose on Seller an obligation to provide audited financial statements for the Property to Buyer.
