Common use of Audience Clause in Contracts

Audience. This Exhibit B, “NetSuite Standard Demonstration Accounts for Oracle NetSuite Partners,” is applicable to Oracle NetSuite partners who, subject to the Additional License Grant below and a valid NetSuite Partner Agreement, access Demonstration Accounts of the NetSuite ERP Cloud Service and, if applicable, the NetSuite SuiteCommerce Cloud Service for purposes of providing demonstrations to customers and prospective customers (“NetSuite Standard Demo Account”).

This Exhibit BE, “NetSuite Standard Developer Demonstration Accounts for Oracle NetSuite Partners,” is applicable to Oracle NetSuite partners who, subject to the Additional License Grant below and a valid NetSuite Partner Agreement, access Demonstration Accounts of the NetSuite ERP Cloud Service and, if applicable, the NetSuite SuiteCommerce Cloud Service for purposes of providing demonstrations to customers and prospective customers building solutions that interoperate with the NetSuite Cloud Services (“NetSuite Standard Developer Demo Account”).

This Exhibit BF, “NetSuite Standard SuiteProjects Pro Demonstration Accounts for Oracle NetSuite Partners,” is applicable to Oracle NetSuite partners who, subject to the Additional License Grant below and a valid NetSuite Partner Agreement, access Demonstration Accounts of the NetSuite ERP Cloud Service and, if applicable, the NetSuite SuiteCommerce SuiteProjects Pro Cloud Service for purposes of providing demonstrations to customers and prospective customers (“NetSuite Standard SuiteProjects Pro Demo Account”).
