Audience File Clause Samples

The 'Audience File' clause defines the requirements and procedures for providing a list or database of individuals or entities who are intended to receive certain communications, services, or products under the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies the format, timing, and method for delivering the audience file, as well as any obligations regarding its accuracy and updates. For example, a marketing partner may be required to supply a current list of email recipients before a campaign launch. The core function of this clause is to ensure that both parties have a clear understanding of who constitutes the target audience, thereby facilitating effective delivery and minimizing disputes over intended recipients.
