AUCTIONNOW AVAILABILITY Sample Clauses

The "AUCTIONNOW AVAILABILITY" clause defines the conditions under which the AuctionNow platform or service will be accessible to users. It typically outlines the expected uptime, any scheduled maintenance periods, and circumstances that may affect the availability of the platform, such as technical issues or force majeure events. By specifying these details, the clause manages user expectations and limits the provider's liability for downtime, ensuring clarity about when and how the service can be used.
