ATTRIBUTION AND SIGNAGE. If any portion of grant FUNDS is used for production of reports or print materials, acknowledgment of the TAM’s role in funding the PROJECT shall be included in the documents, identifying Measure B Funds and TAM as a funding source. For non-construction capital purchases funded by any portion of grant FUNDS, RECIPIENT shall affix permanent signage identifying TAM and Measure B Funds as a funding source. RECIPIENT shall demonstrate compliance with attribution and signage requirements as an indispensable condition for authorization of reimbursement for project expenses.
