Attorneys. Attorneys or firms providing legal services or representing Commonwealth Departments may be subject to ▇.▇. ▇. 30, s. 65, and if providing litigation services must be approved by the Office of the Attorney General to appear on behalf of a Department, and shall have a continuing obligation to notify the Commonwealth of any conflicts of interest arising under the Contract.
