Common use of Attorneys’ Fees; Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Attorneys’ Fees; Enforcement. If any attorney is engaged to enforce or defend any provision of this Guaranty, or any of the other Loan Documents, or as a consequence of any Default under the Loan Documents, with or without the filing of any legal action or proceeding, the prevailing Party, as agreed to by the Parties or as determined by the court, shall be entitled to its attorneys’ fees and costs incurred in connection therewith, together with interest thereon from the date of such demand until paid at the rate of interest applicable to the principal balance of the Note as specified therein.
