Common use of ATTORNEY'S FEES AND HOMESTEAD Clause in Contracts

ATTORNEY'S FEES AND HOMESTEAD. If Landlord exercises any of the remedies provided to Landlord under this Lease as a result of Tenant's failure to comply with its obligations, or if Landlord brings any action to enforce its rights under this Lease, Tenant shall be obligated to reimburse Landlord, on demand, for all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs, incurred in connection therewith. Tenant waives all homestead rights and exemptions which he may have under any law against any obligations owing under this Lease and Tenant hereby assigns to Landlord his homestead exemption.
