Common use of Attorney's Fee Clause in Contracts

Attorney's Fee. If either party brings an action to enforce the terms hereof or declare rights under this Lease, the prevailing party in the final adjudication of any such action, on trial or appeal, shall be entitled to its costs and expenses of suit, including, without limitation, its actual attorneys' fees, to be paid by the losing party as fixed by the court. In any situation in which a dispute is settled other than by action or proceeding, Tenant shall pay all Landlord's costs and attorneys' fees relating thereto.
