Common use of Attire Clause in Contracts

Attire. EXHIBITOR’s representatives wearing distinctive costumes, uniforms, or shop coats, or carrying banners or signs separately or as part of their apparel, shall not be permitted to appear in the Show, except in their own booths or in their ordinary passage to and from such booths. Show management reserves the right in its sole discretion to deny admission to any EXHIBITOR or attendee whose dress or conduct is deemed to be inappropriate.
