Common use of Attendant Clause in Contracts

Attendant. Both before and during the loan period and at the end of the exhibition, Mart reserves the right to request the presence of a museum official who oversees the condition status of items on loan. The Applicant must directly bear all travel expenses for the attendant, with reference to the round trip air ticket (in Business Class for the journey to accompany the items on loan), accommodation, meals and local transport. Mart will invoice the expenses referred to in the previous point in the event that they are not incurred directly by the Applicant. The Mart attendant is not authorised to accept per diems or reimbursements in cash under any circumstance.
