The Attendance Support Program clause establishes a framework for monitoring and improving employee attendance within an organization. Attendance Support Program. Leaves covered under the Ontario Employment Standards Act and absences due to disability will not be counted for the purposes of being placed in or progressing through the steps of CAMH’s Attendance Support Program. The term “disability” in this paragraph includes an injury or disability for which benefits were or are payable under the Ontario Workplace Safety and Insurance Act.

Attendance Support Program a) The Board shall consult and consider input from the Local regarding any new or revised standardized form(s) or policies in regards to an Attendance Support Program. b) Prior to the initial formal meeting under the Attendance Support Program, the Board will copy the Local on the correspondence to the employee and the Principal, provided the Teacher has not waived their right to Union representation. c) A Teacher will have the right to a Union representative for any formal meetings under the Attendance Support Program. 04 a) When required, the Board, the Union, and the Teacher shall meet to develop cooperatively a modified return to work and/or accommodation program.
