ATTENDANCE SUPPORT. 36.1 In the event that the Human Resources Manager and/or Designate wishes to meet with an employee of the Bargaining Unit for the purposes of discussing the member’s attendance, the Superintendent/Manager of Human Resources or their designate shall contact the OSSTF – ECE President to advise of the meeting. The employee shall then be informed of the meeting to attend.
36.2 A member shall have the right to OSSTF representation at the meeting.
ATTENDANCE SUPPORT. No policy or rules addressing attendance support programs applied to members of the bargaining unit shall be changed without the Board first providing an opportunity to the Federation to comment upon such changes.
ATTENDANCE SUPPORT. A member shall have the right to Union representation at any meeting which is part of an attendance support program or any meeting where the member's attendance history is to be discussed.
ATTENDANCE SUPPORT. The Board will consult with the Union prior to making any material amendments to the Attendance Support Program. ATTENDANCE SUPPORT. 61:01 The Board will develop an attendance support policy, in consultation with the Union. The Board will notify the Union before implementing changes to the Attendance Support Policy.
61:02 A member shall have the right to OSSTF representation at any formal meeting which is part of the Board’s Attendance Support System.

24.02 In the event that the Board wishes to meet with the DECE for the purposes of discussing the DECE’s attendance, the employer shall send the request in writing including reasons for the meeting to the DECE.
24.03 Notification of DECEs who have reached the threshold to be included in the attendance support program will be sent to the Bargaining Unit President.
24.04 A DECE shall have the right to OSSTF representation at any meeting which is part of an attendance support system or any meeting where the DECE’s attendance history is to be discussed.
24.05 In the event that the Board wishes to meet with a DECE for the purposes of discussing the DECE’s attendance as part of the formal Attendance Support Program, the Board shall provide the DECE with not less than one day’s advance notice of the meeting. The meeting may take place with less than one day’s notice upon mutual agreement of the DECE and the Board.
24.06 The Board shall ensure that all medical records and information are stored in a secure location and in a completely confidential manner.
