Common use of Attendance as Waiver Clause in Contracts

Attendance as Waiver. Attendance at a meeting constitutes waiver of notice of that meeting, except when the Partner objects to the transaction of business at the beginning of the meeting because the meeting is not lawfully called, noticed, or held; and except that attendance at a meeting does not constitute a waiver of the right to object to the transaction of business not specified in the notice of meeting, if that objection is expressly made at the meeting.
