Attempt to Defame Clause Samples

Attempt to Defame. The Purchaser agrees not to do or omit to do or cause to be done by any party known to him any act, deed or thing or behave inappropriately or correspond or communicate in a manner that would in any manner affect or prejudice or defame the Building / Project / Larger Property or the Promoters or its representatives. In the event the Purchaser does or omits to do any such act, deed or thing then the Promoters shall, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available in law, have the option to the terminate this Agreement sending the Promoters Notice of Termination.

Attempt to Defame. The Allottee agrees not to do or cause to be done by any party known to him/it/her any act, deed or thing or behave inappropriately or correspond or communicate in a manner that would in any manner affect or prejudice or defame the Building / Project / Project Land or the Promoter or its representatives. In the event the Allottee does or any such act, deed or thing then the Promoter shall, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available in law, have the option to the terminate this Agreement by sending the notice of termination by registered AD / speed post.

Attempt to Defame. The Allottee(s) agrees not to do or omit to do or cause to be done by any party known to him by any act, deed or thing or behave inappropriately or correspond or communicate in a manner that would in any manner affect or prejudice or defame the Building / Project / Larger Property or the Promoter or its representatives. In the event the Allottee(s) does or omits to do any such act, deed or thing then the Promoter shall, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available in law and also will have the option to terminate this Agreement by sending the Allottee a Notice of Termination.

In the event the Said Allottee does not or omits to do any such act, deed or thing then the Said Promoter and/or Said Land Owners shall, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available in law, have the option to the terminate this Agreement by sending the Said Allotte the Notice of Termination.

Attempt to Defame. The Sub-Lessee/Allottee/Purchaser agrees not to do or omit to do or cause to be done by any party known to him any act deed or thing or behave inappropriately or correspond or communicate in a manner that would in any manner affect or prejudice or defame the Project or the Promoter or its representatives and in such cases the Promoter shall without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available in law, have the option to terminate this Agreement sending the Notice of Termination.
