ATTACHEMENTS Sample Clauses

The Attachments clause defines which additional documents, exhibits, or schedules are incorporated into and form part of the main agreement. In practice, this clause lists or references specific attachments, such as technical specifications, pricing sheets, or detailed terms, and clarifies that these documents are legally binding as if fully set forth in the contract. Its core function is to ensure that all relevant supplementary materials are formally included, reducing ambiguity and ensuring that all parties are aware of and agree to the complete set of terms governing their relationship.
