ATI and Water Pik shall use their Reasonable Efforts to take all actions necessary or appropriate so that each outstanding Award granted under any ATI Incentive Plan held by any Water Pik Individual shall be determined, converted or replaced, as the case may be, as set forth in this Section 6.4 with an Award under the Water Pik Incentive Plan.
