  • TRANSNET’S OBLIGATIONS 8.1 Transnet undertakes to promptly comply with any reasonable request by the Supplier/Service Provider for information, including information concerning Transnet's operations and activities, that relates to the Goods/Services as may be necessary for the Supplier/Service Provider to provide the Goods/Services, but for no other purpose. However, Transnet's compliance with any request for information is subject to any internal security rules and requirements and subject to the observance by the Supplier/Service Provider of its confidentiality obligations under this Agreement.

  • Other Obligations and Services The Adviser shall make its officers and employees available to the Board of Trustees and officers of the Trust for consultation and discussions regarding the administration and management of the Fund and its investment activities.

  • Obligations of the Company Upon Termination (a) Termination by the Company for Cause or by the Executive other than for Good Reason. This Section 5 shall survive for a period of twelve (12) months following termination of this Agreement with respect to Confidential Information, and shall survive termination of this Agreement for so long as is permitted by the then-current Georgia Trade Secrets Act of 1990, O.C.G.A. §§ 10-1-760 to -767, with respect to Trade Secrets.
