Common use of A.T Clause in Contracts

A.T. T shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make Periodic or Spot Inspections of all Facilities attached toAT&T’s Structure. Periodic Inpsections willnot be made more often than once every two (2) years, unless inAT&T’s judgment, such inspections are required for reasons involving safety or because of an alleged violation of the terms of this Appendix.
