Common use of At-Will Status Clause in Contracts

At-Will Status. Nothing in this Agreement shall create any obligation on the part of the Parties or any of their Subsidiaries to (i) continue the employment of any Employee or permit the return from a leave of absence for any period after the date of this Agreement (except as required by applicable Law) or (ii) change the employment status of any Employee from “at-will,” to the extent that such Employee is an “at-will” employee under applicable Law.

At-Will Status. Nothing in this Agreement shall create any obligation on the part of any member of the Parties Xxxxxxx Controls Group or any member of their Subsidiaries the Adient Group to (i) continue the employment of any Employee or permit the return of any Employee from a leave of absence for any period after the date of this Agreement (except as required by applicable Law) or (ii) change the employment status of any Employee from “at-will,” to the extent that such Employee is an “at-will” employee under applicable Law.

At-Will Status. Nothing Subject to the terms of the Employment Agreements, nothing in this Agreement shall create any obligation on the part of the Parties or any of their Subsidiaries Party to (ia) continue the employment of any Employee employee or permit the return from a leave of absence for any period after other service provider following the date of this Agreement or the Distribution Date (except as required by applicable Law) or (iib) change the employment status of any Employee employee or other service provider from “at-at will,” to the extent that such Employee employee is an “at-at will” employee under applicable Law.
