At-Will Employment; Termination; Compensation on Termination. Your employment with Volt and the term of employment under this Agreement shall continue at the will of Volt and you (the “Term of Employment”). Unless otherwise stated below, either party may terminate your employment at any time for any reason by giving a written notice of ten (10) business days.
