At-Will Contractor Clause Samples

At-Will Contractor. Contractor is an at-will contractor and, as such, either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing the required notice. This Agreement shall also terminate as follows: (i) upon the death of Contractor; (ii) upon Company dissolving, becoming insolvent, filing bankruptcy, or ceasing all business operations; or (iii) sale of the business of either Party.
