At the Licensor. s request the Licensee shall terminate its agreement with any Sub-Licensee if such Sub-Licensee is in breach of its agreement with the Licensee. The Licensee shall indemnify the Licensor against any loss or damage which the Licensor may suffer as a result of any such breach whether such loss or damage occurs before or after termination of this Agreement.
