Common use of ASX Requirements Clause in Contracts

ASX Requirements. Notwithstanding any provision in this Warrant to the contrary, in no circumstances will the Company be required to issue Warrant Shares if to do so would, or would be reasonably likely in the opinion of the Company, to contravene any applicable laws including the Australian Corporations Xxx 0000 (“Corporations Act”) and the Listing Rules of the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX”), as amended from time to time (the “ASX Listing Rules”). On or before the Warrant Share Delivery Date, the Company shall, subject to the Corporations Act and the ASX Listing Rules:
