Assumed Names. An assumed name certificate (or DBA) shall be properly registered with the Xxxxxx County Clerk's Office for anyone wishing to do business under another name. This applies to corporate entities as well as individuals. The contract should be in the name of the individual or entity d/b/a the assumed name, rather than just the assumed name.
