Closing Instructions. Buyer and Seller agree to execute the Colorado Real Estate Commission’s Closing Instructions. 471 Such Closing Instructions Are Are Not executed with this Contract. Upon mutual execution, Seller Buyer shall 472 deliver such Closing Instructions to the Closing Company.
Closing Instructions. This Agreement shall constitute both an agreement between Buyer and Seller and escrow instructions for Escrow Holder. If Escrow Holder requires separate or additional escrow instructions which it reasonably deems necessary for its protection, Seller and Buyer hereby agree promptly upon request by Escrow Holder to execute and deliver to Escrow Holder such separate or additional standard escrow instructions of Escrow Holder (the “Additional Instructions”). The Additional Instructions shall not modify or amend the provisions of this Agreement or impose any additional obligations upon either Seller or Buyer, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Seller and Buyer.

In any event, Borrower's disbursement or instruction letter must include the following language: Residential Funding Corporation has a security interest in any amounts advanced by it to fund this mortgage loan and in the mortgage loan funded with those amounts. You must promptly return any amounts advanced by Residential Funding Corporation and not used to fund this mortgage loan. You also must immediately return all amounts advanced by Residential Funding Corporation if this mortgage loan does not close and fund within 1 Business Day of your receipt of those funds.
Closing Instructions. At least three Business Days prior to the Closing Date, each Purchaser shall have received written instructions signed by a Responsible Officer on letterhead of the Company confirming the information specified in Section 3 including (i) the name and address of the transferee bank, (ii) such transferee bank’s ABA number and (iii) the account name and number into which the purchase price for the Notes is to be deposited.
