Common use of ASSOCIATION’S RIGHTS, SECURITY AND FUNCTIONS Clause in Contracts

ASSOCIATION’S RIGHTS, SECURITY AND FUNCTIONS. 5.1 Within the limits of this Agreement and of the relevant provisions of the Saint Lucia Constitution Order 1978 No. 1901 and/or local laws, the Association shall have the right to exercise the functions of a Trade Union.
