Association Held Harmless. The City shall be solely liable for any legal obligations and costs arising out of the provisions of this Policy and/or application of this Policy, except as otherwise provided herein.

Association Held Harmless. 1. The City shall be solely liable for any legal obligations and costs arising out of the provisions of this Policy and/or application of this Policy.
2. The Association shall be indemnified, except as otherwise provided hereindefended, and held harmless from any claim, demand, or liability arising from the implementation and/or administration of the Policy.
