Common use of Associates and Subcontractors Clause in Contracts

Associates and Subcontractors. CONTRACTOR may, at CONTRACTOR’s sole cost and expense, employ such competent and qualified independent associates, subcontractors and consultants as CONTRACTOR deems necessary to perform the Services; provided, however, that CONTRACTOR shall not subcontract any of the Services without the written consent of CITY.
