Common use of ASSOCIATED COMPANY Clause in Contracts

ASSOCIATED COMPANY. You acknowledge and agree that Northern may at times require you to work for any Associated Company and to carry out its duties or responsibilities for any Associated Company which include its subsidiaries, affiliates or its customers, subcontractors or any other individuals or companies having any kind of association or relationship with Northern. For the purposes of this Employment Agreement, an "Associated Company" is any company which for the time being is: (a) a holding company of Northern; or (b) a subsidiary of any such holding company or Northern; or (c) a company over which Northern or any holding company has control. By working for any Associated Company, and/or by carrying out duties or responsibilities as mentioned in the above paragraph, you do not become an employee, or agent, or contractor of such Associated Company, including its subsidiaries , affiliates, customers, subcontractors or any other individuals or companies having any kind of association or relationship with
