Common use of Associate Clause in Contracts

Associate. “Associate” of a Person shall mean (i) an Affiliate of such Person; or (ii) a relative or spouse of such Person, or a relative of such spouse; or (iii) any trust or other estate in which such Person (or any relative or spouse of such Person) has a substantial beneficial interest or as to which such Person (or any relative or spouse of such Person, or a relative of such spouse) serves as a trustee or in a similar fiduciary capacity.

Associate. “Associate” " of a Person shall mean (i) an Affiliate of such Person; or (ii) a relative or spouse of such Person, or a relative of such spouse; or (iii) any trust or other estate in which such Person (or any relative or spouse of such Person) has a substantial beneficial interest or as to which such Person (or any relative or spouse of such Person, or a relative of such spouse) serves as a trustee or in a similar fiduciary capacity.

Associate. “The term "Associate” of a Person shall mean (i) an Affiliate of such Person; or (ii) a relative or spouse of such " means, with respect to any Person, any corporation or a relative other business organization of which such spouse; Person is an officer or (iii) partner or is the beneficial owner, directly or indirectly, of 5% or more of any class of equity securities, any trust or other estate in which such Person (or any relative or spouse of such Person) has a substantial beneficial interest or as to which such Person (or any relative or spouse of such Person, or a relative of such spouse) serves as a trustee or in a similar fiduciary capacitycapacity and any spouse or child of such Person who has the same home as such Person.

Associate. “Associate” of a Person shall mean (i) an Affiliate of such Person; or (ii) a relative or spouse of such means, with respect to any specified Person, (1) any corporation or a relative organization of which such spouse; Person is an officer or partner or is, directly or indirectly, the beneficial owner of 10% or more of any class of equity securities, (iii2) any trust or other estate in which such Person (or any relative or spouse of such Person) person has a substantial beneficial interest or as to which such Person person serves as trustee or in a similar fiduciary capacity, and (or 3) any relative or spouse of such Person, or a any relative of such spouse) serves as a trustee or in a similar fiduciary capacity.
