Associate Membership. Associate Membership is offered under the terms of this Agreement. AEEC, AMC, and FSEMC activities operate under the Terms of Reference (ToR) established by SAE ITC in consultation with the leadership committee. Ongoing operation of each activity is primarily at the direction of the leadership committee through the ARINC IA-provided secretariat, in accordance with rules and procedures established in consultation between ARINC IA and the activity leadership.
