Associate Members. By separate agreement with the Authority, upon approval of the Board, the Authority may enter into an associate member agreement with interested entities with a significant stake in the Watershed. The Associate Members are not parties to this Agreement and shall not be entitled to representation on the Board; they shall, however, be entitled to receive advance notice of and attend all regular and special meetings of the Board, and shall be entitled to serve on any committee established pursuant to Section 5 .5(b) hereof.
