Common use of Associate Degree Clause in Contracts

Associate Degree. Upon receipt of an Associate Degree or its equivalent, from an accredited institution an employee shall receive education premium pay in the amount of two and one-half percent (2.5%) of the employee’s regular pay per month.

Associate Degree. Upon receipt of an Associate Degree or its equivalent, from an accredited institution an employee shall receive education premium pay in the amount of two and one-half percent (2.52%) of the employee’s regular pay per month.
