Common use of Assistance to the Corporation Clause in Contracts

Assistance to the Corporation. Employee shall give the Corporation, at the Corporation's expense, all assistance the Corporation reasonably requires to perfect, protect, and exercise the rights to all ideas, discoveries, inventions or improvements acquired by the Corporation pursuant to the assignment provisions or the right of first refusal provisions of this Section 6.
