Common use of Assistance to Corporation Clause in Contracts

Assistance to Corporation. Take all reasonable action, that the Corporation may from time to time request, to assist the Corporation in obtaining favorable opinions from the Corporation’s independent accountants, with respect to the Custodian's activities hereunder, in connection with the preparation of the Fund's Form N- IA, Form N-SAR, or other annual reports to the SEC.

Assistance to Corporation. Take The Custodian shall take all reasonable action, that the Corporation may from time to time request, to assist the Corporation in obtaining favorable opinions from the Corporation’s 's independent accountants, with respect to the Custodian's activities hereunder, in connection with the preparation of the Fund's Form N- IA, Form N-SAR, or other annual reports to the SEC.
