Common use of Assistance to Company Clause in Contracts

Assistance to Company. At all times during and after the Employment Period and at the Company's expense for significant out-of-pocket expenses actually and reasonably incurred by the Executive in connection therewith, the Executive shall provide reasonable assistance to the Company in the collection of information and documents and shall make the Executive available when reasonably requested by the Company in connection with claims or actions brought by or against third parties or investigations by governmental agencies based upon events or circumstances concerning the Executive's duties, responsibilities and authority during the Employment Period.
